Congrats CPS graduates!

Please fill out the following order form to have your regalia mailed to you directly.

• Only students who have submitted their application to graduate and have indicated they will attend the ceremony will have access to order regalia.

Processing and shipping typically takes 3 weeks minimum, with the additional time needed for international addresses. As unexpected delays may occur and timely delivery is not guaranteed, we strongly recommend you order TODAY.

Academic regalia packs include a black cap-mortarboard, tassel, black gown, and, for our doctoral graduates, a hood.

These items are provided at no cost and may be kept as a memento of the occasion.
You will, however, be responsible for the cost of shipping.

*Bachelor completion students only: If you are eligible for honors, you can pick up honor cords on the day of graduation in the student line up area.
